i’m stuck in a loop
basically i was trying to verify my email but then i accidentally closed the registering tab, and the verification link expired
any help?

Hey mo_hammed, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
You should be able to get this link again it should allow you to request another one please bare in mind though you do need to be an active customer to sign up it will not let you make an online account until the services are active. Cheers

hi there,
what link am i looking for? if i try to sign in it won’t let me and if i try to register again it would refer me to sign in, and if i try to reset my password it won’t let me because ‘additional info details have not been set up on my account’

Just to confirm again you do need active services before you start to make an online account.
Please go to this link and set up and account like you would do, if you are transferring you services over and want to use the same email we may need to raise an IT ticket please do let me know. Cheers
