Sorry to hear you have some concerns about a payment. We have a handy article about issues with payments which can be found here: Issues paying Virgin Media or Virgin Mobile bill | Virgin Media Help. If ever needed you should be able to make a payment here.
A couple of questions regarding this:
-How did you try to make the payment? (Via Direct debit, Online in the app, over the phone, In person at a paypoint)
-Has the outstanding balance changed in your account when you check My Virgin Media?
-Has the paid amount left your Bank account?
It could be that the payment is not yet showing on the systems as they take a little time to update, or it could be that there was an issue when taking the payment. Once you let us know about the above we can send you a PM to confirm a few account details and check this for you.
