my virgin media

is it just me or does the virgin media app and site not let them edit the package or anything just says "Either the link you clicked is broken, the page has moved or you typed the address wrong." very annoying as when iv called I was just constantly being redirected to other people who all said the same thing as that last very frustrating?

Thanks for using the forums, I am sorry you were having some trouble getting through to the upgrades team.

We are aware of this issue on the online account and our IT team is working on it.

I can see from your services that you might have managed to speak with someone, were you able to get your upgrade sorted?
