login

can’t login to VM 

registered signed up password all fine but can’t login to any VM apps etc keeps telling me wrong user name wrong password so change password still can’t login  fed up now please help

Sorry to hear that logging into some of our applications has been tricky.

Can you please advise me which applications you're struggling with?

If you can also confirm for me, that you're the account holder for the Virgin Media subscription, that would be most helpful

hi yes i’m account holder and i can’t log into any apps so can’t set up my hub or look at any account info, i’m a returning customer and was very happy with virgin when i use them last time now having moved house it’s all gone wrong 

please sort out login

Thanks for coming back to me @samusshaun.

If this is a new account, you will need to set up a new self-care account as the one you've been trying to access sounds like it's registered to the former address, where the account was held.

When creating a new account, you will also need to ensure you use an E-Mail address that has not been used as a primary E-Mail address on a former account

The new account should have it's own account number that would be required to complete the registration process

sorry don’t understand 

have all ready signed up with new account [MODE EDIT: removed] area 18 number and was all excepted  

no one said had to use new email address then as only have the one email address so how do i now register a new account with new number if my account is already up and running . think it would be quicker to cancel and go to sky
