Hi,
I want to switch to eBilling but it seems impossible to do as the MVM app cannot authenticate me, I’ve given up on it as it’s an awful app. The online version doesn’t seem to have the My Profile tab to sort it.
Really disappointing from a tech media company, the basic functionality of an app (like sign in) should work. I’ve had multiple issues with it since joining VM
