how can i pay a bill, online, everytime i try to login it asks for password, and everytime it does not accept it, so have to put new one in everytime i sign in, running out of passwords now,

try to pay by mobile phone app when i go to pay it asks me to contact bank app for payment to go through, when i get through to bank app, allow payment, i then have to go through the whole rigmarole again as soon as i log on

i just want a number to speak to someone, really getting fed up now

Have you tried signing into your mobile account via a web browser rather than the app?
