cant reset password

Hi I cant reset my password on the app or on the website 

 

I put my details in then get sent a reset link and when I put in a new password it says its invalid no matter what I put therefore it cant be changed and I can't access my account 

 

I've tried different browsers and devices with no luck

Hi @jmordey86 

I hope the following info helps.

On VM you can only have a maximum of 10 characters and it can only contain uppercase and lowercase letters, and the numbers 0 to 9 .

The password must start with a letter.
