I cant log in to the app , been trying to reset my password, which then asks for my security answer dob etc and its just not accepting anything been trying since last week and it literally just keeps bouncing from one page to another!
can someone advise as I use the app to pay bills etc 🙂
Sorry you're unable to log into your online account treaf58. Can you try and log in or reset your password via a browser (with the cache cleared) instead of the App? What happens and if there is an error message, what does it say? I'm trying to see if it's the account or the App playing tricks.
Do let us know so we can see if we can reset it from our side.
