everytime i try and sign up to my virgin media i get this message. "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one."
i have tried on different browsers, the app and my ios broswer, nor have i used an incognito browser when signing up.
i have read other posts on this but none seem to resolve this please help!

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to see you have been unable to set up an Online Account, due to the system not accepting your password,
When setting up a password, try using something specific to you, change some letters to number such as 3 for e or 0 for 0, try not to have repeat numbers, you can also use a password generator.

Hi, thanks for he reply, unfourtunatly i have already tried all of the above to no avail. it seems like more of an internal error than an actual password problem.
