when i log in to my virgin media account it shows no account number or area ref. and there is no way to amend it. how can i get my account number added

This could be down to you making some changes on the account recently or if you have just joined us for example.

I wouldn't worry to much about this, it will just randomly appear any time now. 

Do you need your account number personally or do you know it? Thanks

Hi my app is actually showing am account number where the last digit is wrong. How do I get this corrected.
