account numbers and e mail sign in.

When I moved my home virgin gave me a new account number. Now when i sign into my virgin account I get transferred to my old account. How do I change my login in to my new account.

I'm very sorry for any issue you're having with your new online. 

If you are signing in using your old login details then this would direct you to the previous account. 

What we would need to do is move the old account over to the new one. 

We can look into getting this arranged for you.
