I am a new customer and I am currently trying to set up my Virgin Media account to view bills/access the app.
Whenever I try to set a password, no matter what password I use I get the error "You can't use that password".
I've tried dozens of different variations and nothing works despite fitting in the requirements, and after looking on the forums it appears this is a common problem.
I can't seem to find any actual solutions in the comments, please could I be messaged to sort this out so I can view my bills?
