We've had virgin media reconnected for about 4 months after leaving and coming back 18 months later. Never been able to reregister for the app or get into our account.
I've changed my email address on the account as my old one said our account has now been closed.
When registering we just get the error message
You can't use that password. Please choose another.
I've tired multiple times with different passwords.
Any help?
