Wrong email inputted on sign up now I can't verify or change

Hi I have changed my account today and went to sign into my virgin media app and I have put my email address as my username and it says it will send verification email to this email address. When I looked back at it the spelling was wrong and so I cannot receive the email and it gives me no option anywhere to amend it. Tried the call centre but no options to deal with this kind of query so can anybody help as I have signed up for e statements also and will not receive anything while this is wrong and will not let me sign in to my account without verifying first.
