I had registered on the app with an account number but had my installation cancelled and then reinstated under a different account number. My issue is that I can’t now register my new account number to get a view on my account. How can I sort this?

Hey Gareth, I have exactly the same problem as Heidi above - account due to start, house move changed to different address, had to set up new account but on same email, but old account number still showing and can't find new one. Can you help me too please?
