Wrong account number

Hi the wrong account number is showing in my virgin media app and there doesnt seem to be any way of changing it

No, the initial order was rejected by VM after initially being accepted and giving me an account so I had set up my account 

when the problem was resolved I placed a new order and have been given a new account number but the original account number still shows against my email
