Hi. We moved home and completed the whole process a while ago (so painful). The account nr and area code on the virgin media app does not match the account nr and area code listed on our Bill. Is there a fix for this as the account linked to my email address shows the incorrect info.

This can happen if the information has not been switched as part of the move but please do no worry as we should be able to help.
