Wont load when logging into my account

Joining in

My account will log into the my vm app, but when i click on account settings it wont load. I have tried to log in from the internet browser instead, but it still wont load. I have tried this on my phone and the pc.

We're sorry to hear you're unable to sign into your My Virgin Media account through our website. What browsers have you tried? 

I have tested the accounts settings section of my personal account and it seems to be working OK for me, so it's likely an issue just affecting yourself. 

Do any other sections of your online account not load either?
