When I try to log into My Virgin Media app, it tells me my account is closed

I cancelled an old contract and then started a new one using the same email address. I cannot log into any of the Virgin apps as it repeatedly advises that my account is closed.

If you wanted to use this email again we would need to raise an IT ticket for you, as this email is currently locked to the old account.

If you wanted to use a new email to sign up it would allow you right away, please let me know and if you want to use the old email we can look at raising an IT ticket for you which may take up to 5 working days to resolve. Cheers
