I am unable to access my emails as error 403 Forbidden keeps popping up
Trried all suggested solutions by Community platform but to no avail...
Anyone know how to contact Virgin Media Technical Team? Or has advice how to resolve the issue?

Thanks for your post @nhaughty, and I'm sorry to hear of the issue accessing your E-Mail account.
Can you please confirm that you're attempting to log into the E-Mail account via a browser on our online portal, or is this via a third party application/web service?

i am also having this problem no matter how i try to access mail. From my virgin media account and also direct to virgin mail using its direct URL.
I am currently away from usual base in the UK. I am in Zimbabwe right now -- internet access is not very good -- but i have been able to access my emails OK till recently.
what do i do to be able to access my emails -- i have some urgent messages to do with my flights back home i need to access. I have changed my pwd for My Vorgin Media before --

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with your email address.
To confirm, have you been able to try resetting the email address password since this issue started? If not, can you please try this?
