Web site not working?

Have been trying to login into my account on my Virgin media for the last hour, but just get a message of "oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side. Please try again".

Also the Check service status on top right of this page gives a "oops 404 page not found"?

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your online account and service page. 

Can you please try the following for me?

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies
  • Try another browser
  • Try another device
  • Download the My Virgin Media App

Please let us know how you get on. 





Seems it was a common problem, hence why the website ended up with an apology last night. Seems to be OK this morning.

The service status page is now working, with the following message

"There's a broadband issue in *** ***
Thanks for your patience while we work to fix things as quick as we can.
We hope to fix this by 8 September at 15:00
Our technician is in your area and is working to fix things."

and yes, I did turn it off and on again and all the usual stuff, and would have checked the service status if it had been working.

I keep getting 'this page has timed out, please try later'. That was over two hours ago.
