We're sorry message

Have reset password numerous times but still get the "we're sorry, we're having trouble signing you in to your account. Please check your username and password and try again". Have done so many times but to no avail - same message keeps reappearing. Solution please.

We're aware of an issue with customers currently unable to log into their online accounts. We have a sticky post regarding this here: MyVM Login Issues
