We never recieved a welcome email, or a login number

Hi, we never got the welcome email when we got the virgin media package set up, is it possible for us to get the code via a letter from Virgin media or no? Please help we really need to sort out the WiFi.

Hi,

It's the code you get in the welcome email to make an account for Virgin media app, and we got the package done through O2, and it was set up for us

Can you please confirm if you've been issued the details of the account - such as account number and area code, to then register for a self-care account?

We have not been issued said account number and that has been the only thing keeping us from registering for a self care account, if it's possible for those to be emailed or mailed over to us then we would greatly appreciate it.
