We did this through O2 and the email they put in doesnt exist

Hello everyone,

We are brand new virgin media customers and we got this deal done in person through o2 and they have messed up the email (the numbers were wrong) so we did not receive an email with our account number, we can't log in to get an engineer out as our quick setup had been removed from the house as we got to it, we need help real soon, please and thank you if someone steps up to help.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and a very warm welcome to you!

Sorry to hear of the admin error in relation to the E-Mail account.

As this is a QuickStart installation that needs to be converted to a manned installation, you will need to call our specialist team on this occasion via 0800 953 9500

When the engineer attends your property, they will be able to provide you with a leaflet that advises you of both your account number and landline services (if you have taken them out with us of course...)

Do feel free to keep us updated with how the installation goes and if anything further is required, we'll be on hand to assist you.

Hello!

Thanks for the warm welcome, I am first going to go back to O2 to see if they can do anything about the email and then later call the number and hopefully get an engineer out for the install, I am very glad for the help, hopefully we can get this up and running as soon as possible as we use talktalk, and really slow and expensive.

Good news and update we have got an engineer sorted for friday evening and we were able to change the email all through O2.
