Account in my name on behalf of my sister, based at sisters address, paid for by my sister - yet still no name change!
1. For almost 16 months I have asked for bill date to be when my sister gets paid not 11 days beforehand therefore rendering her late EVERY MONTH with her payment.
2. She wants to pay the bill but yet can hardly ever (regardless of format) get thru to customer service, currently actually getting the 'http/bad request' page today, a joke.
3.My sister was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, had 3 operations in 3 months, currently in recovery - yet again her services have been cut because of a bill date due 11 days before she gets paid. As my sister does not have until she gets paid, for once thought I'd ask for leniency from Virgin until this time comes, she as also have kids and has to do zoom calls with her doctor and surgeon - we can't even speak to anyone, only option apart from this is the 'Business watsapp'?!?!?
4. Virgin has gained an extra £7.50 EVERY SINGLE MONTH, due to incompetence with the above and literally eveeother month getting suspended.
5. All that needs to happen if for someone to take note - PLEASE!! We just need, the name change, a bill date change - and for some leniency for the first time I almost 2 years, even if the answer was no for any help - how would we know.
Absolutely disgusted right now for my sister as I've tried everything, any help from. The community on this one we'd be grateful, thanks for raking the time to read this 'essay'😊😩😅
