I have a Virgin mobile account that has now changed to O2. How do I add it to my Virgin media dashboard?

I don't believe that you can. You will need to use the 02 app to manage the mobile account going forward.

Thanks for your answer. Now I’ve searched a little more it says that 🙄 just seems a little strange when the icon/option is on the dashboard
