I've had a look at your other post, can I ask what appears if you click "plan" at the bottom?
Does this not show your allowances and what are left?

I still can't use the app
It got a new update like 2 days ago and still not working
That is a very odd error on the photos, have you already tried to uninstall and resinstall the app?
Have you been able to log in through a web browser and view your account normally this way?

No it just won't do anything. And when I try to log in on the website it doesn't do anything.
I have never had any problems with the app before till these updates
