Virgin media apps are linked to old account.. still not resolved

Hi,

I recently got virgin media broadband again. However, my email address is still linked to my old virgin media account and I cannot update this. Please help as I need to go through the process on the app to get the virgin media pods.

If you have used the same email address, this may be inked to a former account yes.
