On my app it shows all my TV and broadband info and my one mobile number but not my 2nd virgin mobile number which my son uses and is all part of my online account. So I can see this second number online but not on the app. Is there a way to add a second number to the app?

Hi @le45, thanks for your post here in the community.

Unfortunately, there is only an option to add your Virgin Mobile number to the account as the app can't add multiple numbers for different Virgin Mobile plans except for the one you're on.
