Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your My Virgin Media account - this is normal, as your credentials will be still linked to your old account. As you'll have a new account number now, you'll either need to register for My Virgin Media again with your new account number, and a different email address.
Alternatively, we can link your accounts together so that you can continue using the same credentials. Please do let us know if you'd like us to do this and we can send you a private message.
