Virgin media app not working

is virgin media having issues with there my virgin media app and my virgin media connect app as i can't run a test on my wifi and i can't retrieve my bill details on my virgin media app

Apologies for any app issues, no issues showing from here with any apps.

Have you tried deleting and re-installing?
