Virgin media app down

Hi,  my virgin media app keeps saying that servers are down since yesterday, so uninstalled it on my android and reinstalled it and when going to sign in the same message comes up.  Is the app down?  Pic attached.

I've been able to look into the local area and no issues appear to be apparent - are you experiencing a fault on the connection currently?

Can you confirm if any diagnostics have been ran on the router at all?

My broadband is ok it's the virgin media app that's down but website is ok to log into

Can you please confirm if you experience this issue with the application on other devices also, or if this error is restricted to this one device?
