Virgin media account????

I can't seem to make a virgin media account so that I can change the settings. I can't even get onto ebay. 

I try to register the email I set my account up with but it's saying we are sorry to see you go.

I have the same issue atm, it's because i was with Virgin Media back in 2013 & it still has my email attached to that old closed down account. So when I have gone to register for my new online account it wont let me, i get the same "sorry to see you go" message 

One of the forum staff will be able to help you resolve it when they are back online.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that your experiencing issues when trying to register for an online account.

Can we ask if you have tried to register with an alternative email address?

Can you try clearing all cookies caches and history, also using a different device and web browser may help.

Please try the above first and come back to us if further assistance is required.
