Virgin media account -no verification email

Not sure if this is on the right board.  

I am a new customer to Virgin media and I am trying to log in to my Virgin media account but getting a message to say I have not verified my email.  I have checked all folders and I do not seem to have received an email containing the link.  However I have received other emails from Virgin which demonstrate the email is working fine

Anyine able to help me get the verificstion email done so I can finally log in.  Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with My Virgin Media you are having. 😞
I've had a look on my end and I can't see any My Virgin Media account being registered.
Are you able to try sign up again and show a screenshot of any errors that may occur.

I have tried to sign up again and am able to put in account number surname & area then identify being not a robot but when I put in my email details I get error message please see below.  Kind regards Julie

Unfortunately we weren't able to get this working but nevertheless we have moved on to the next stage and have referred this to our IT team.
As advised - they will take up to 5 working days to get this resolved.
