I’m still on virgin media mean while my and my brother got our sim at the same time and his has changed to O2 but my hasn’t and want to know why my hasn’t

We are working systematically across our network to move our customers from Virgin Media to O2 https://www.virginmedia.com/help/mobile/your-move-to-o2 We'll write to you 30 days ahead of your move to let you know when it'll happen. It will be seamless and over-the-air for the vast majority of customers – you don’t need to do anything.
