I Have recently joined Virgin Mobile from my Previous Network. I have had my number Transfered.
When I Open up My Virgin Media App on my Phone and click on Mobile and Sign in to account with Email and Passowrd it comes up with a message sayin we don't recongise your details. this usually happens when you port your number.

Sorry to hear you're having issues logging into your mobile account. You will need to first register for an online account with us. Only your number is ported to us - your online account details will need to be created with each Mobile provider.

I am now able to log in to my app now. Thanks very much
Also when I log into my Virgin Media account via My laptop once I sign in the circle keeps on going around and dosen,t open.

With the loading issue, can you please try using another browser to see if you have the same issue?
You can also try clearing your Cache and Cookies on the browser.
