I got Error code N4 when I tried to use the app
I see this has been raised by previous users, is there a resolution please?
I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling
My software and apps are all up to date

I am really sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with the My Virgin Media app recently, and that deleting and reinstalling the app along with updating it has sadly not helped. Has any of the advice detailed in the thread provided helped at all?
