On my virgin media app it's not showing any of my information and saying I'm not with virgin anymore I know I havent cancelled my services

Are you still unable to log in or has this now been rectified?
I found out that virgin disconnected my broadband because someone else in the same property was getting virgin from Saturday they told me it be back on Sunday called them up yesterday they told me it be back on today and it's not
Really sorry to hear it's still not working.
