I am trying to sign up to virgin media as a nee customer. It is not allowing me to verify my email. I have been try for days. It keeps saying your email isn’t verified and I am receiving no email. Nothing in spam/junk and I have tried loads of times to press the resend email.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble verifying your account. Just to confirm, have your services been installed, or are you awaiting an installation?

If your service has been installed, it can take up to 24 hours for your detail to be registerable on the My Virgin Media platform. Has it passed this amount of time?
