Verification email not received

On our wavelength

Signed up to Virgins M500, got my router & connected it all up & still no service. I can't use the app like all the documents direct me to use because it asks me to disable my wifi & gives me an error because I'm not with Virgin for my mobile phone. I've registered my account details 5 days ago & still not able to make or log into my account so I can get help, because as of right now, I have no service & no account. 

If this is what's to come from Virgin, I'm inclined to use my 14 day right to cancel.

I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with accessing your My Virgin Media account and getting your services installed. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
