Verification email not received

Just joined

Yet another one with this problem. I signed up to My Virgin Media today but haven't received a verification email. No, it's not in Spam/Junk and yes, I've tried the re-send button many times. I can't call for help as I don't know my memorable word. Please can someone help me verify so I can actually access my account.
