Hi, I tried to sign up to My Virgin Media earlier today and I have not received my verification email, therefore I cannot log into my account. I pressed the re-send button multiple times and I have not received any emails, and yes I have checked my spam/junk folder.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with signing up online.

Are you an active customer yet?

Have you also tried an alternative email address?

If you are still having issues.
Id like to take a look into this for you.
