Hi, I have been trying to access the MyVirginMedia app since July!! I have been told I need to verify my email address. I requested a new email and not received anything either in inbox or junk I have requested a new email over 10 times now since July can someone please advise? I get my bill emails but no verification email it’s driving me insane 😂

I would be more than happy to send you a verification email from my end to see if this works for you.
Before I do this, can we ask if you have checked your junk/spam emails to see if anything has fallen in this folder.

I have the exact same issue. Have tried loads of times and an email never comes, not even to the junk (or any other) folder.
