Anyone else experienced this? The section to tap to continue your conversation is now replaced with 'download the new app'. Downloaded the new app, no conversation option... Not sure if this is logged against your account anyway but for my own benefit it's an audit trail of when I contacted to see if my order notes are actually correct.
Not sure I'll ever be a VM customer at this rate but thinking that's not a bad thing. Pain is that with home work, home schooling we're breaking at the seams and VM only fibre option.
