Unable to view new account within My Virgin Media App

I've recently setup a new account as now finally moved into a property that has Virgin.

However i cannot register my new account as i use to have an old account under the same email address, whenever i go to login it just shows my old account details and not the new one.

I've seen this issue talked about before and an IT ticket is required to be fixed.

Please can this be sorted out, i tried to call you Customer Service line and they were not helpful at all.

Thanks for coming back to me Brad4, I have been able to transfer your details from your old account over to your new one, this can take around 24 hours to fully complete, so if you could try to login over the next 24 hours using the same username and password that you used to login previously.

Please let me know, if you have any further issues.
