Hi,
The past couple of days I keep getting this error message. I have a bill that I need to pay but I can't seem to access the bill, it is also not showing that I have broadband on the icons at the top. When I log in on the website it is just giving me the previous bill. Is there any way I can sort the app?

I had the exact same message. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and my account information is now showing.
