I only have access to the emails via my iPad so I am unable to open the link in anything but safari. Please can some help

Thanks for joining me on PM. Just to update the forum post, we've asked you to get the account holder to make their own forum account and post on the forums (underneath my reply would be easier) and we can then help as it's an account holder we can speak to only to deal with this.
