Unable to register new account

Recently had virgin installed but I'm unable to register an account possibly due to having a blueyonder email registered in past

I'm sorry to hear about the issues with My Virgin Media.
It may be that the email is still associated with the previous My Virgin Media.
I will assist you on this and get this sorted out.

So I've been on the phone to IT again today issue still not resolved. I have tried to use an email app on laptop to see if that would work but it says pop3/imap might not be turned on can you check this and also check that my email account is still open

Sorry to bother you again but I’m getting really slow Wi-Fi in my office room I’ve used the connect app to scan and says I can order a Wi-Fi pod but I can’t find anywhere to order one
