Just joined last night and received email to confirm I'm signed up for e-billing, however I receive the following message when i enter my email
" We're sorry to see you go. Now you’ve left us, we’ve closed your account and you can no longer register for My Virgin Media"
If i recall the advisor i spoke to said have you used this email for virgin media or O2 in the past & I said no, but having checked i did use this email for virgin back in 2013 & O2 probably around the same time. I completely forgot.
Can someone from the virgin forum team help with this issue please? Or advise how I resolve this?
