Unable to register for broadband account due to DEF01 Code - have tried clearing cache, tried different browser, tried the app also with no luck.

Sorry to hear you've been having issues with registering your online account.  Can you please confirm if your services are active?  If they are can you please confirm the following:

The password you're attempting to set up is:
Between 8 - 10 characters?
Begins with a letter?
And contains at least one number?
